I've run a few times since my last entry. One treadmill run which was horrific. I put it off until10pm and then put in a whole 30min. I went from not knowing anything not even the street I was on to knowing time, pace, speed, incline, heart rate and distance. Xena watched on with complete disappointment. There was no run insight for her. Then yesterday evening we had a good rain. It poured hard and then it was over taking with it the sun the heat and the humidity leaving a slight cool breeze. that run was relished knowing that those evening runswill be far and in between. I don't know what run willbe in store for me today. It's way too hot to run to vespers so i'll see.
