My legs has some serious delayed onset muscle soreness. I hope to get a quick run in today may take Mia with me if it doesn't get too hot because then I'm off to a luxury marketing group in Orlando. My husband and I spoke about me registering for the Disney Marathon which has its perks and drawbacks. I'll have to increase long runs and get more time on the road which is gets easier at it cools. The run to church was a reality check in a few ways. OrthoPraxis Consulting is a labor of love and personal interest. The business side of it is getting compensated.The payoff is the actual work. When both parts are functioning well it is very rewarding. Making a living doing what you love. Awesome!
