running is central to practical extension of my faith

today i ran with mia to the studio despite the heat. i was feeling it and ran slower then i planned which had consequences. i was late for church. this was unavoidable but also unfortunate. i realize how much ground i have lost by not running as faithfully as i can and by living off the work done in the past. but of course my legs and lugs would like to know what i have done for them lately. so if treadmill running is the next course of actions then so be it. i'll just have to get the color monitor for the baby up and running (no punn intended) and then i can run for almost two hours while she naps. i definately want to run while watching the passion and the mission. not consecutively. congrats to joan with her 9lb 11 oz baby. Praise the Lord that our laybor pains at the church have subsided and we have a new priest who is growing by leaps and bounds and who we have so naturally taken to and have been taken by.
