i had hoped to be able to run earlier in the day but the heat and scheduling didn't permit it. after my nephews 'surprise' birthday while most of the party went to the local minor league baseball game ( i really loath watching the game) i took the baby. theophani and lee (my husband's first cousin) for a three mile run. it was more of a run walk walk run walk run for three miles. Lee is lets say large and i admired him hitting the pavement. He has been working out at the gym consistently for several months now and i wanted to help him transition for the road. he is not working out at the gym as long or as hard has he states which quickly became evident but no harm no foul he kept moving and trying and now has a more accurate understanding of where he needs to go. i can't really call it a work out but i thought it was great to plant seeds of good heath and conscience with family and friends. Lee wanted to know what i think about when i run. i thought it was intersting because it was the first and maybe the only question he had about running style, form, focus or anything. it's a personal question really i should tell me to start reading my blog!!
