Anger creates an ugly mess. It permits frustration and passion to get the best of you. Spewing forth garbage from the same mouth that sang "Hosanna in the highest". It becomes rather easy to say the most God awful things in moments of anger. Hiding behind principles and ideas about what is proper and right. It provides some out for the conscience to blame the recipient. In actuality however when frustrated, hurt and irritated lashing out provides an immediate release and then the guilt. The cycle is vicious and it perpetuates itself. It hurts all parties serving no good purpose. It would serve better to become creative about how to solve a problem, resolve a conflict bite your tounge. Don't look to the saints to justify your anger. Look to them rather to show you patience, humility and love.
