I have the greatest kids. No really I do. Theophani got up for her cross country training (which i drive her to before dawn). Stavro-nikitas also got up to do laps at the Y's pool. I never would have run this morning if they weren't training themselves. They were a real inspiration for me. Getting the training out of the way sets the tone for the rest of the day. I never regret running in the morning only not getting the run done. Happy named Stavro.
