AOI APOSTATES

AOI APOSTATES George Michalopulos, Scott Pennington, Al Green, Chrys, Dean Calvery, Eliot Ryan, Michael Baumanand, Isa I renounce your extremist partisan politicking. You willfully denounce and defame what is holy and sacrificial the Holy Mother Church. I find your stench offensive to my sense. Cowering beneath ominous cloak of Fr. Johannes Jacobse cut off from ventilation you have gone mad over the edge.
You are welcome to disagree and express your irreverence if you wish to clothe yourself in that filth. I however will not engage with your silliness as it has no merit and I give it no credence. Like unruly children you will be ignored. What you wish for is attention and to be some powerful lobby but you are even an embarrassment to those you claim to endorse. Like  emotionally disturbed step children you have been tolerated.
May the loving and living Christ convict you in your conscience to that you may turn from your unorthodox hatred for what is just and good and righteous the Ecumenical See. If not you might one day hear a loud SPLAT as you are swatted away by the faithful masses of the Holy Orthodox Church.

Rather than wearing yourself in "renouncing" us, why not spend some time delievering the promised corroboration of your slander agaisnt Moscow? I'm still looking for what you promised in "Slummming."

Fr. Johannes isn't my priest, but my priest gave me Holy Communion Sunday. So much for "apostate."

There is nothing just, good and righteous in Ultramontanism: that's why we didn't submit to the Vatican at Florence. Us Orthodox, that is, led by Russia. Constantinople and the rest of the Greeks except St. Mark submitted.

The Faithful Orthodox masses are still on our side. A plurality of the autocephalous Churches and the vast majority of the communicants of the Holy Orthodox Church.

Isa

Is the pot calling the kettle black?

"Rather than wearing yourself in "renouncing" us, why not spend some time delievering the promised corroboration of your slander agaisnt Moscow?"

If anyone is slanderous it’s your soul against the Holy Ecumenical Patriarchate.

"Us Orthodox, that is, led by Russia."

Moscow is in itself a history of debacles; uncanonicity, unilateralness and envy, but we pray for the sinner not the sin.

"The Faithful Orthodox masses are still on our side. A plurality of the autocephalous Churches and the vast majority of the communicants of the Holy Orthodox Church."

Isa we've done the math over and over the Czech lands... does not a plurality make.

As my grandfather would say in his ethnic accent; isa crassy thang!

LOL. The Pot speaks.

Russia has a history? Constantinople, when it was elevated to autocephalous status (merely being a suffragan prior) drove its bishop St. Gregory out of town, and the Ecumenical Council deposing his successor. That was on top of it being a hot bed of Arianism for decades after Nicea I. Then it exiled its bishop St. John Chrysostom to death, and put Atticus in his place, who tried to use the emperor to take the Balkans from Rome and give them to him. Then its archbishop Nestorius had to be driven out by the Popes of Rome, Alexandria and the rest of the Church in Ecumenical Council. It then martyred St. Flavian, its primate. That's just the first half century or so.

I don't know your fixation on the Czech lands, except perhaps that the EP had to finally (1998) accept its autocephaly too (after nearly a half century of it being autocephalous) after a nearly century of interference with the canonical Churches (under Serbia and Russia) there. No the CS Church doesn't make a pluarlity, but the CS, Moscow, Georgia, Bulgaria, Poland, and the OCA make a plurality, and they are all agreed: the OCA is autocephalous.

Add Albania (whose existence is owed to the OCA/Russian Archdiocese), Serbia and Antioch (who openly admit that their jurisdiction stems from the OCA/Russian Archdiocese) and Romania (whose majority is in the OCA), (Albania, Serbia, Antioch and Romania in any case not adopting the EP's novel interpretation of canon 28): that leaves you Phanariots (EP, Alexandria, Jerusalem, Cyprus, CoG) quite an isolated minority (and since Alexandria, Jerusalem and the CoG have all dissed the novel 28 canon interpretation themselves, quite divided).
