I ran with two new girls today. I am older by one group long run. That is funny somehow. Anyway I wasn't sure how far I was going to run or with whom so when opportunity presented itself I jumped right in. The only booboo was mine. I was going to take them to the place for five miles as they were scheduled to do. I took their five miler and accidently made it eight. I think in the end everyone was greateful for the error and the company. Next time run with Garmin.
