Another tremendous day of success and self doubt. What a vicious roller coaster. One minute I'm positive I'm on the right path the next I'm sweating with uncertainly crashing down a mountain of sand. Still I forge ahead, affirming my belief despite myself doubt. I have I pushed through ceilings before and have climbed onto roof tops. Sometimes I think I'm just a big person in my own small mind. It is not about uncertainty but delusion and incompetence. Would someone kindly close the curtain I'm performing here!!!
Today I took Mia and Stavro out for a 3.5 mile run. Most of it was simply great. I felt strong and the air was a cool 85 degrees with only 60% humidity. Awsome

You made your in-laws run? Oh...the images that are running through my head... Or did you run, while your carried both of them on your shoulders? That's a much better picture. Still though, making your in-laws run is just mean...unless there's something I'm not getting here. :\
very funny. Mia is my two year old and Stavro my thirteen year old. That is simply a photo i found with my inlaws. Your scenerio is much better though. Thanks for checking in!!!
